Every capture flies the same pattern, so this month's data lines up cleanly against last month's.

Frequently asked questions.

How often should we fly the site?

Monthly is the standard cadence for most GCs tracking draws and schedule, but we'll scope it to your milestones. Some sites want a tighter interval during heavy earthwork and a lighter one once vertical construction starts.

What do we actually receive each month?

A progress map, 3D model, classified point cloud, orthomosaic, and a cut/fill volume report, in the CAD/GIS/BIM formats your PM and VDC team already use.

How accurate are the volume calculations?

Volumetrics are computed from survey-grade LiDAR captures, typically accurate enough to stand behind a draw request or an owner report. We'll confirm the ground-control approach for your site's specific accuracy needs.

Can this replace our survey crew entirely?

It replaces most of the repeat site visits. Boundary or sealed final-design work still requires a licensed surveyor (RPLS) in Texas. We capture the data and can work alongside the surveyor of record.
