A mobile SLAM LiDAR capture of interiors, structures, and hard-to-reach areas, processed into a classified point cloud, a 3D model, and an as-built export that drops into your BIM/CAD workflow. Where aerial and indoor capture both apply, the two are combined into one continuous digital twin of the facility.

Design upgrades against what's actually built, not what the 20-year-old drawing set says is there. Build an asset inventory without shutting down operations to measure it. Give engineers, owners, and contractors a shared, accurate model to coordinate against, cutting the field visits and RFIs that come from working off outdated as-builts.

What is SLAM capture, and how is it different from a drone flight?

SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) LiDAR is handheld or cart-mounted, built for indoor and GPS-denied environments a drone can't reach: plant floors, structures, tight mechanical spaces. We pair it with aerial LiDAR when a project needs both the interior and the exterior/site context in one model.

Will the digital twin work in our BIM software?

Yes. Deliverables export to standard BIM/CAD/GIS formats (.rcp, .dwg, .las/.laz/.e57 and equivalents), so the model drops into the workflow your engineers already use.

Do you need to shut down operations to capture the facility?

No. Capture happens around your operating schedule. We scope the walkthrough or flight pattern to minimize disruption, including after-hours or phased capture for active facilities.

How detailed is the resulting model? Can we take real measurements off it?

Yes. Point clouds are classified and dimensionally accurate, not a visual reference only. Engineers can pull real measurements directly from the model.
