What to include.

- Decision
- What the capture needs to measure, document, inspect, or resolve.
- Deliverables
- Any required CAD, GIS, BIM, point-cloud, imagery, or report formats.
- Schedule
- Target capture date, decision deadline, and repeat-flight cadence, if any.
- Constraints
- Known access, airspace, safety, operating-hour, or site restrictions.
